Lenka Lichtenberg

Global roots, folk art jazz

Lenka Lichtenberg is a Canadian musician, composer and a producer, born in Prague, Czech Republic. She is a multilingual vocalist and cantorial soloist. Her latest project ‘Thieves of Dreams' is based on poems she recently unearthed that were written by her grandmother in the Theresienstadt concentration camp where she was imprisoned during World War 2. The album is the 2023 JUNO Award winner for Global Music Album of the Year.
