1. Adon Olam

From the recording Songs for the Breathing Walls

This version by Yair Dalal is based on an ancient melody of the Babylonian Jews. He plays here one of the “Violins of Hope” of the violin maker Amnon Weinstein, who repairs and restores instruments that used to belong to violinists that perished in the Holocaust, and as a way of honouring their memory, gives these violins to present-day renowned virtuosos to play. Recorded in Ustek.
